Your Gallery
I’m so excited to share your photos with you! Here is all of the information that you will need to enjoy your gallery, download your photos, select your favorites for your album, and details about the album designing process. Let ’s get started!
Landing gallery page - Enter the Site
Your landing page will look something like this, but with an open tab and one of your photos as the display!
Download Instructions
To download your full set of high resolution images, you must select the download icon at the very top of the gallery (please see icons below). You will then be prompted to enter your email address and your personal 4 digit PIN located at the bottom of your delivery email. NOTE: The full set download must be done from a computer. Your PIN is available for only five (5) downloads. Also, remember to download and backup your images in a safe, secure location.
Print Release
A print release form will be handed to you for the ownership and download of your photos before your session. Thus, the print release includes a $10 fee that I have notified you about via email after reserving your session appointment. CLICK HERE to review the policy and procedure information for further detail.
To view the collection(s)
Simply click bold font description tabs above your photos to see them. To purchase, favorite, download, or share, select the icons noted to the right of the screen.
Sharing Your Gallery
If you have signed for the right of ownserhip for your photos, you can use the share icon to share your gallery link , and /or individual pictures via email or social media with all of your family and friends as well. They will not receive the PIN to your gallery. If you would like me to disable or make private certain collections, just let me know. Your family and friends will be able to share, favorite, and purchase images from your gallery. Any imaged purchases will be shipped directly to the purchaser from me, but prints will be available through Pixieset's labs in the near future.
Ordering Prints
Printing through Pixieset will be available to you soon! To order prints , you will just simply click on the image, click the shopping cart, choose your size and quantity, proceed to checkout or continue shopping. Prints will be from a professional printing lab, and will be shipped to purchaser’s address. In the meantime, all products and prints will be a through me specifically!! NOTE: Albums are always ordered through me alone, and not through Pixieset. So please, contact me at tbhportraits@gmail.com or (740) 324-0040 if you have any other questions regarding your ordering fulfillments.
When Does My Gallery Expire?
Your gallery will expire one week from your session date. Don’t forget to download all of your images and place any orders for prints before your gallery expires, as there is an $100 fee to prepare a new gallery for you after the expiration date.

To add a Mobile App to your home screen for Android
Open the gallery on your phone (via email) > Click the three horizontal dots located in the upper right corner > Select Add to Home Screen.
To add a Mobile App to your home screen for iPhone
Open the gallery on your phone (via email) > Click the share link at the bottom (The little box with the UP arrow) > Select Add to Home Screen.

Your Album Design and Online Proofing
Instructional and easy for me to construct your album through Pixieset's layout options.
Step 1
Login in to your Shootproof link provided via email, and select your favorites for your album.
Step 2
Next, choose your favorite images by selecting the star icon located on the image.
Step 3
When you’ve starred all of your favorites, send Shawon an email at shawon@shawondavis.com, and your album design will begin.
Step 4
When you’ve starred all of your favorites, send Shawon an email at shawon@shawondavis.com, and your album design will begin.
Step 5
Enter your password sent via email. Make comments on each page of your album. Select send all comments when you’ve viewed each page. If no changes are needed, click the “I love it, approve my album” button. If you’ve made comments to make changes, Shawon will make those changes and submit another proof for you to review.
Up to three (3) complimentary design changes are provided. Additional changes will be $100 per page.
In order to ensure you receive your album in a timely manner, reminders will be sent to complete your album proofing. When you have approved your album design, your album will be available in 4-6 weeks. I will email you with dates to stop by to pick up your beautiful album or I will call you to let you kmow it is ready if you have requested delivery. If you’d like your album shipped, the cost is $50 to ship.
